      Pros

      Great people and Fridays are half days which was great. The environment was fun and the people were great and knowledgable.

      Cons

      I was only an intern, but working at ASD as an intern sometimes got a little bit redundant

      Overtime isn't encouraged, excellent 401K match, ability to swith to different teams/disciplines to gain more experience

      Cons

      The lack of titles and clear hierarchy can be confusing when starting out, onboarding was not very well managed but improving
