Pros

(I'm talking an ASD|SKY backpack filled to the brim with other ASD|SKY gear. -Competitive salaries - Amazing Benefits package
Cons
-Little to no training upon start of job -Disconnect in workflow between design team memebers (Office is leaning towards Revit but several stubborn designers refuse to leave AutoCAD in the dust) -It was difficult to get a sense of team member seniority upon starting (who is principal, associate, senior designer, intermediate, and junior? This was frustrating at first but works itself out with in the first couple of weeks)
