Great clients, corporate culture, and benefits.

Cons

Didn't feel like there was much opportunity for advancement. Had to ask for annual review, wasn't something that felt top of mind from Upper Management perspective.

Overtime isn't encouraged, excellent 401K match, ability to swith to different teams/disciplines to gain more experience

Cons

The lack of titles and clear hierarchy can be confusing when starting out, onboarding was not very well managed but improving
