      -great community, there are always people to help you and they actually care about teaching you and helping you learn -fun and exciting projects for the most part

      Cons

      -required to be in office, even during covid -principals can seem like they don't care about employee well being at times

      Overtime isn't encouraged, excellent 401K match, ability to swith to different teams/disciplines to gain more experience

      Cons

      The lack of titles and clear hierarchy can be confusing when starting out, onboarding was not very well managed but improving
