      Pros

      Asics has some of the best fitting running shoes in the biz. Nothing new or that technical but generally great running shoes.

      Cons

      Japanese HQ couldnt do a thing, relied on their American and European counterparts for everything and all sales.

      Great manager, amazing product that sells itself. Very reasonable and professional standards and practices. Felt valued, good discount for employees.

      Cons

      Some younger associates that aren’t geared for retail/don’t take it the most seriously but that’s retail
