      Pros

      I believe on a daily basis I make a difference and my voice is heard. I believe my Director and Senior Director value my work and view me as an important team member.

      Cons

      There is more work to do than time to get it done. Senior Management has not hired enough employees to keep up with the work.

      Great manager, amazing product that sells itself. Very reasonable and professional standards and practices. Felt valued, good discount for employees.

      Some younger associates that aren’t geared for retail/don’t take it the most seriously but that’s retail
