      Great mentality and atmosphere. Amazing products and a true brand belief. Encouraging ownership on projects.

      No FTE development plans No structure and no processes-allowing room to take risks and be creative Recompensation sceme is not great

      Great manager, amazing product that sells itself. Very reasonable and professional standards and practices. Felt valued, good discount for employees.

      Some younger associates that aren’t geared for retail/don’t take it the most seriously but that’s retail
