      good employee discount, i worked with nice people on the floor

      Cons

      poor management, chaotic structure, no sales bonus of any kind but heavy emphasis on sales goals... cost cutting on every corner

      Great manager, amazing product that sells itself. Very reasonable and professional standards and practices. Felt valued, good discount for employees.

      Some younger associates that aren’t geared for retail/don’t take it the most seriously but that’s retail
