Pros

Taking time off is very easy Very liberal with the first ~5-8k a year of education assistance for pursuing post graduate education Given a substantial amount of time to train

Cons

Depending on what area you work in you may find yourself working in a very technical or a mix of technical and logistical work. The only way to find out what bucket you fall into is to show up on your first day where it felt like you only found out what you would be doing at that point. Coworkers had the exact same interview as myself and we work very different roles.

Pros

Professional Development: ASML offers great benefits, including tuition reimbursement and strong career growth paths for those who are proactive. It’s a fantastic place to build a resume and learn high-demand technical skills.  Talented Colleagues: You are surrounded by very smart, dedicated people. The collaborative nature of the engineering and manufacturing teams makes solving complex, "impossible" problems possible.

Cons

Management Consistency: Like many large organizations, your experience can be heavily dependent on your specific team or manager. While many departments are excellent, others can feel the weight of high-pressure deadlines and micromanagement. Bureaucracy: As the company has expanded, it has become more corporate. Be prepared for a high volume of meetings and a need to navigate internal processes to get things done.
