      - Work life balanced - The company has grown so fast and big in Korea, so now the more people know what we are doing

      Cons

      - Although it's part of ASML, you will never feel that when you are working with bunch of old Koreans who force you to do anything at their commands. - The company is known to bottom-up communication, but not in Korea. - Engineers are treated very poorly. Managers disregard engineers requests many times. - Engineers cannot enjoy the most of company's benefit program. Those are only for finance or sales

The collaborative nature of the engineering and manufacturing teams makes solving complex, "impossible" problems possible.

      Management Consistency: Like many large organizations, your experience can be heavily dependent on your specific team or manager. While many departments are excellent, others can feel the weight of high-pressure deadlines and micromanagement. Bureaucracy: As the company has expanded, it has become more corporate. Be prepared for a high volume of meetings and a need to navigate internal processes to get things done.
