Pros
What ASML is doing technology-wise is very unique and cutting edge. That gives a certain enthusiasm and satisfaction. Also the majority of our colleagues are very nice people. Beyond that, it is just OK to work at ASML, nothing fancy as seen from outside.
Cons
It looks fancier than it actually is. Human resource management is getting worse and becoming more stingy.
