      Mature and understanding management, realistic expectation from employees, always a challenge to work on (not boring), multi culture, good work life balance

      Cons

      Beginning of working in ASML can be overwhelming because of too many things (specific platforms, tools, way of working, etc.) to learn, but will pass after a year or so

      Pros

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Cons

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
