      Advanced technology, unique position in the industry, successful

      Cons

      Extremely political, bullying with knowledge by HR tolerated, old boys club mentality, managers throw their own reports under the buss, employees afraid to speak up, not sufficient collaboration/cooperation between employees or departments, often employees or departments resort to blaming others to cover own shortcomings, poor work-life balance

      Pros

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Cons

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
