      Excellent pay and bonus, 401K below average

      Cons

      The management is a separate class of employee, they like to make it appear that they are all one family but it does not take allot to realize that they are separate in all ways, especially the Dutch ex-pats. Seemed like people worked there for the pay and lack of other good paying opportunities in San Diego
