      Great company to work, great culture, very good infrastructure. Very good benefits. The employees fell part of the company. Great Work balance

      Cons

      For software developers, it's a difficult, old, and heavy process. Old tools are a very slow and painful process for development, testing, and release software.

      Pros

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Cons

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
