Pros

ASML is a cutting edge company. Our modern world cannot exist without ASML's machines. Due to the importance of innovation, you will work with some of the most dynamic people. I am amazed at how the people here come together to overcome any challenge - whether its in R&D, IT, or in operations. Not many companies live up to their values like they do here at ASML - Care, Collaboration, Challenge - which are on full display day in and day out. As ASML continues to grow, so do many opportunities to grow and develop in any just about career you should desire - provided you are willing to be an active participant in your own development. If you want to be a team player, if you ask questions and want to learn, if you are willing to try and not be afraid of failure - then you will find ASML rewarding, and a great place to be.

Cons

The typical challenges associated to not being able to keep up with growth: Office space / seating, parking, process adherence and structure, removing silos, etc..

Pros

Professional Development: ASML offers great benefits, including tuition reimbursement and strong career growth paths for those who are proactive. It’s a fantastic place to build a resume and learn high-demand technical skills.  Talented Colleagues: You are surrounded by very smart, dedicated people. The collaborative nature of the engineering and manufacturing teams makes solving complex, "impossible" problems possible.

Cons

Management Consistency: Like many large organizations, your experience can be heavily dependent on your specific team or manager. While many departments are excellent, others can feel the weight of high-pressure deadlines and micromanagement. Bureaucracy: As the company has expanded, it has become more corporate. Be prepared for a high volume of meetings and a need to navigate internal processes to get things done.
