Pros
Smart colleague, complicated machine (product) which gives you plenty of options to learn and sharpen your knowledge. Exciting product. Company cares about the employees (specially if you are struggling with tight deadlines or very hard work, manager/ project lead may step in and help!). Good culture. Overall good company with good people. (I had a manager who helped a lot in all aspects, very good professional).
Cons
Salary could be better, you need to learn on how to handle tough situations (sometimes work-life-balance can be poor). Area is very expensive.
