May need to work evenings to accommodate test facility schedule, but hours then become flexible. Challenging domain.

Cons

This is a good job, but work opportunities in defense on downslope. Lots of documentation, but it is good work.

Pros

Pay is decent, dental and vision insurance is super cheap, get to support NASA's Artemis Program

Cons

Terrible Health Insurance, costs 3 times what other company's charge for their coverage. Promotions and Awards are few and far between, and the management is very lacking.
