Stable company , diverse projects, a lot of outsourcing opportunities and it is very good for fresh graduates since it will force them to learn alot.

Cons

No Process and things can feel quite chaotic plus salaries are average.

I was able to learn many essential skills with software tools i will use through my career. the people were the best part of the company.

the company did not want you to grow , there is no large career path
