Pros

Good experience, great and helpful colleagues, flexible hours.

Cons

Stressful and long (way long) working hours so working in vacations is highly possible, careless and bad management (They want to drain you out completely without fully delivering your rights), lack of training (or no training provided at all).

I was able to learn many essential skills with software tools i will use through my career. the people were the best part of the company.

Cons

the company did not want you to grow , there is no large career path
