Toxic environment depends on the team but most teams are toxic

Cons

I learned a lot from the team but the management is very toxic also salary range is very bad even the over time calculations is unfair

I was able to learn many essential skills with software tools i will use through my career. the people were the best part of the company.

Cons

the company did not want you to grow , there is no large career path
