Very bad atmosphere - muy mal ambiente - Anonymous employee ASUS Employee Review

Very, very, very bad atmosphere Non-existing HR or values or any of that, administration treats you like a slave, very hostile, no dialogue, no freedom, very opressive, you can´t even go to a private doctor, you have to ask for vacation if you want to go to the doctor. They are always complaining and screaming at you even if you are new, nobody wants to help you with anything and an atmosphere of dog eat dog is not only present but also fomented by administration. There were instances of employees comuting in the same bus but not even saying hi to each other and the worst is that this is seen as normal.
