Hello Current Employee, Thank you for your feedback and your service with us. We are working on bringing healthier options in the vending machine however, not mini meals like Byte. Majority of employees indicated in the employee survey they prefer to go out to eat and we cannot meet the vendor's quota. Keep in mind that a lot of vendors have a quota to meet and there has not been enough participation and they end up canceling like Booster & Byte. We're always on the lookout to bring new things here for everyone to try out but have not been successful in finding one that fits the majority. We are ramping up our recognition programs with gifts in addition to award/plaques to show our appreciation of our employees. Did you see the spotlight section by the employee entrance? Unfortunately, our business hours are 9am-6pm and it will depend on if you're working with other customers/clients and their hours will determine the flexibility of your schedule. We are doing our best to provide you on-site entertainment, rest, and relaxation to help you balance your stress. There are couches, fitness gym, pool table, video game room, indoor putt, gardening, corn hole, tennis/basketball court, and friendly tournaments/competitions for cash prizes. Hopefully, this will help with more collaborations among the company. You should also explore the building as there are games/activities in different areas for you to enjoy. Surprisingly, I've heard some people have never even gone down/upstairs at all. For sympathy & celebratory occasions we have been sending flowers and gift cards to the employee. Keep your comments and suggestions coming as it will help us with ideas for improvement.
