A Corporate Quagmire: How Narrow-Mindedness, Bureaucracy, and Discriminatory Practices Stifle Talent and Ethics at ASUS - National BDM ASUS Employee Review

- Narrow minded leadership. Management does not value diverse perspective -Lack of diversity and inclusion: Limited opportunities to advance if you are not Taiwanese. -Excessive bureaucracy: No efficiency, everything is done with trillions of mails, tickets and with rigid processes that just bring you down eventually, but never solve anything. - Overwork and unrealistic expectations. Everyone is overloaded, all the time. But no matter how hard you work, it will never be enough. And it's so sad to see because this downfall of ASUS happened in the last 2-3y. I can not recognize this company, it was a completely different place.
