Pros
There is few Taiwanese company, which could let you really experience global business. ASUS is one of it. You could really be in charge one country/regional's success or fail. You will learn a lot in the process and experience all the stage in developing business outside Taiwan.
Cons
Traditional Taiwanese working culture, which means very stressful. 10 hours a day working is pretty normal. For the salary, it is higher than the average in Taiwan, but still can't compare with international company in the same level
