Pros
Good pay. If you're someone who likes to be on their phone at work this place is good with that. Good benefits and discounts.
Cons
Have to sell hard; by that I mean it's worse than being a car salesman. Practically need to interrogate every single customer for every detail of their life, family, home, work, etc. Managers hover over you constantly to ensure you're completing every step of the 'interrogation'. Despite good pay I quit because my conscience couldn't let me do that to people. So not a bad job; just need to be the car salesman type person. Also, scheduling and time off is all seniority based. If you've been there less than a few years expect to work every single friday, saturday, and sunday.... and no one that is off those days will trade with you even once.
