Pros
The pay is incredible and at this point of my life exceeds that of any job I've had. The benefits are also awesome especially for those that have no dependents. For those with families, the benefits are still of the highest quality just actually cost a tiny fraction of what you make as opposed to no monthly contribution for those without dependents.
Cons
Ridiculous expectations regarding sales performance and attendance. There is always a battle of some kind that is being fought. Everyday you wonder if it will be your last. The ceaseless drive to meet sales performance can be overwhelming as the standards are quite high and unrealistic. Your attendance has to be virtually flawless, and they won't work with you in those rare times that life happens. For those that have kids, make sure you have a plan A, B, and if at all possible C cause under no circumstances will you be allowed to leave work for when emergencies arise.
