constantly changing comp structure, no scheduling preference without tenure (you have to wait until someone else gets hired under you before you have any scheduling flexibility), unrealistic attendance point system (7 points for rolling calendar year, 1 absence=1 point, 15 mins late=.25 point), pressure to be unethical by management (urged to not be forthcoming with terms and conditions of sales in order to hit sales goals.
