Pros
You get to see into an industry that everyone uses, and learning the ways AT&T screwed people over helps me to watch out for that!
Cons
We were encouraged to mislead customers in ways we knew would NOT benefit them - don't outright lie, but put a "spin" on why they need some add-on feature or why they should pay for a plan they don't really need. Inadequate amount of training on helping customers with technical issues with their phones, which is what the majority of customers who came into to store needed help with.
