Pros
Raises occur every half year and are pretty decent. Benefits including discount off of service, home services, and the online marketplace. Interacting with different types of people with different backgrounds always makes every day different. Good amount of vacation and retirement plan.
Cons
Certain reps in the company get away with anything, without doing work. There's specific reps in the area I work that are handed sales or accounts to deal with, and can get away by sitting in the backroom or at a computer without being told anything. Shady stuff happens as well, and the same people get away with doing that and receive applause for having good, "numbers" Besides that, be prepared to not have a life for the first few years working here. AT&T could care less about you or your family. You won't have weekends off unless you stay with the company for several years. Another con is the attendance policy. If you miss one day you receive a point. That point does not fall off until after a year. Get 8 of those and you're done. Have fun with that if you have kids
