Lack of appreciation, no positive motivation, favorite employees and no changes expected to this in the future. Performance based pay increase a joke! No one other than upper management gets paid any where near industry standards! There is no where to complain. We have a non existent HR department which is rude and unresponsive. Our latest abuse, cutting our annual sick leave from 12 days to 5 days. 7 days of sick leave stolen from our pay. And don't forget that bonuses only go to the " kool aid" followers who are highly scored. The last 2 years have been painful with many employees leaving.
