Pros

* a good place to start your career as training provided here is very effective. * good learning for new comers as you can take part in the whole process of the projects from start to end. * have good amount of work so you will always remain occupied with any of the task. * you can learn to handle pressure situations.

Cons

* Management is not good. * Political Environment. * Management Policies create internal competitions instead of competing with other companies. * Company growth and employee growth are not proportional. * any Credits goes to leads always and mistakes are pointed to the team members. * So far the laziest HR team. * Not able to recognize real talent as a result lost so many talented employes. * guys are good enough as an individual but as a team employes are not that much good. * Always Delay in the appraisal process.

Pros

Nice People to work with. Good Benefits.

Cons

The social listening job here is a joke. You put together PowerPoint presentations for clients that are really not helping the clients' growth at all. Managers who are supposed to train you hand it off to others who do not know how to teach at all. Some managers are in school, have another job, and are in meetings all day. When you want to "think outside the box" or just differently, you get told to just do what everyone else is doing. Getting acquired by Naggaro really should everyone's true colors where they all just sucked up to management if fear of losing their job. Interns for companies can do social listening and say what's going wrong. Here, you just tell the client what they want to hear. No creativity, just copy and paste what the social listening software is telling you and keep your mouth shut.
