I am sorry to hear of your bad experience and wanted to address a couple of items you mentioned. U.S. Operations has a strategic partnership with ATEN International (HQ) to ensure our goals and vision are aligned, and has recently made many needed organizational changes. With a focus on a top-down approach we already see positive results in a team-focused work environment, more employee recognition, and increased revenue. “No man is an island” so we must work together to make great things happen. This new perspective has brought a strong management team to help build and maintain the vision and values of ATEN. We understand that with changes comes a level of uncertainty. I can assure you the changes that have been made, while not easy on anyone’s part, were necessary to bring the company to the level of growth which we have started to see.
