Pros

Great work environment. This company has gone through crazy change over the last 18 months. New leadership across the board which is leading to great results. The solutions you get to sell are best in class and something that really helps the industry. The company was just awarded best places to work in Arkansas by the local business magazine. That award is given out based upon the reviews done by current employees. That speaks volumes to the culture.

Cons

There are some processes that need to be better. The communication between departments is a struggle sometimes.

Pros

This is a great job. You get what you put in, and there are multiple layers of people committed to seeing you successful. There have been many changes in the right direction which means management listens to their people. This is definitely a difficult job, but I am thankful that I get to go to work every day and work with people that love working here. Your manager is your coach, and if you work closely with your manager you will be very successful here - but you still have got to put in the work to get the result. This is not just a job, this is a career, and again, the people that treat this like a career see a lot more success than the others that do not. We just won Arkansas Best Places to Work and if you didn't know, you can't fudge that system. Our folks that work here fill out that survey.

Cons

None at this moment, thank you for listening.

Pros

I don't know, I guess the people you onboard with are cool.

Cons

Wow, where to start? I'd rather just keep it short: don't work here. It was an insulting and embarrassing experience. You're going to be cold calling old leads and sitting in internal meetings where managers tell you about how cool and amazing the ATG culture is. "We're like a family." You are going to be cold calling architecture and construction firms to sell them software they already have, or don't want, and many people before you have already called the same leads so get ready for some pretty funny conversations. When I worked there I easily watched over 20 people get fired, sometimes it would be entire departments, and I watched well over 20 people quit. These kinds of things don't happen at companies that are good, That's actually not good!
