Pros

Benefits are good. There is a utilization bonus structure for techs but the methodology isn't easily explained. Nice offices in Little Rock and Phoenix. You hear a lot of good things about company culture but remote employees seem left out. There has been and still are a lot of talented and intelligent individuals working here, many don't stay for long though. You'll probably like a lot of the people you directly work with, until they aren't there anymore.

Cons

The amount of turnover at this company is crazy. Even for a sales company it seems like they burn through both sales and support staff at an alarming rate. If you're a salesperson, prepare to make a lot of cold calls or else keep your resume up to date. You are a number to this company and they can and will replace you if they need, the recruiters are hiring constantly. For techs, ask yourself why you want to work with a reseller. There are firms across the country struggling to find competent techs, you'll learn this after talking with these firms in frequent sales calls. This company doesn't know how to manage techs. Sales drives the revenue but techs add credibility to the sales calls, write the scope, complete the work, answer the questions, and make ATG look better than the competition. They're too busy firing and hiring salespeople to provide any gameplan on how techs can continue to develop their skills and not hit the burnout stage. Techs can be fired too for petty reasons, often negatively impacting team morale and workload balancing. Recent changes in Autodesk's sales model puts even more emphasis on the need for experienced technical specialists, but ATG just doesn't have what it takes to maintain a staff that backs up what it advertises. Many other reviews here will corroborate the hypocrisy that exists amongst the upper management when it comes to: company culture, core values, bonuses or commission payments, performance tracking, company training, human resources, etc. They had a complete HR turnover and the marketing department has done nearly the same.

Pros

This is a great job. You get what you put in, and there are multiple layers of people committed to seeing you successful. There have been many changes in the right direction which means management listens to their people. This is definitely a difficult job, but I am thankful that I get to go to work every day and work with people that love working here. Your manager is your coach, and if you work closely with your manager you will be very successful here - but you still have got to put in the work to get the result. This is not just a job, this is a career, and again, the people that treat this like a career see a lot more success than the others that do not. We just won Arkansas Best Places to Work and if you didn't know, you can't fudge that system. Our folks that work here fill out that survey.

Cons

None at this moment, thank you for listening.

Pros

Great work environment. This company has gone through crazy change over the last 18 months. New leadership across the board which is leading to great results. The solutions you get to sell are best in class and something that really helps the industry. The company was just awarded best places to work in Arkansas by the local business magazine. That award is given out based upon the reviews done by current employees. That speaks volumes to the culture.

Cons

There are some processes that need to be better. The communication between departments is a struggle sometimes.
