      If you don't have the specialized skills, they will train you.

      Cons

      This company have a lot of clients with different project, if you lucky, you can get into a good project with great leadership and system. If not you will found yourself worrying of making mistakes and knowing that no one will defend you.

      they pay overtime really fair as per ministry policy

      Cons

      the compensation that you receive might be different with your co worker at the same level. if you're graduates from overseas university congrats your salary is higher than your SPV who's Indonesian graduates. also this office has really annoying policies like you can't charge your phone in your desk, don't have wifi for their employees (actually this fine but the office has a poor internet coverage area), and there's still many of them.
