      Good start for tourism fresh graduates - Fare Analyst ATI Business Group Employee Review

      Pros

      - Easy to get permanent position, 3 months probation pass and then you are permanent - The people here are really nice, no seniority

      Cons

      - Uncomfortable office for fare analyst, ticketing and IT department are way better - They won't fire people because they do not want to pay their pesangon (force you to resign instead) - The salary and remuneration package are not attractive (they only pay you UMR at most) for my department - New joiner get higher salary - No private insurance

      they pay overtime really fair as per ministry policy

      Cons

      the compensation that you receive might be different with your co worker at the same level. if you're graduates from overseas university congrats your salary is higher than your SPV who's Indonesian graduates. also this office has really annoying policies like you can't charge your phone in your desk, don't have wifi for their employees (actually this fine but the office has a poor internet coverage area), and there's still many of them.

      * WFH possibilities are reserved for higher positions within the company. * No private health insurance issued by the company.
