they pay overtime really fair as per ministry policy

the compensation that you receive might be different with your co worker at the same level. if you're graduates from overseas university congrats your salary is higher than your SPV who's Indonesian graduates. also this office has really annoying policies like you can't charge your phone in your desk, don't have wifi for their employees (actually this fine but the office has a poor internet coverage area), and there's still many of them.
