      - competitive salary compared with other travel industry - if make mistake resulted in financial loss, You are not responsible to pay back

      Cons

      - you will be moved to another team in every 6 months, with completely different skill, you need to start from zero - if there was an update it would be informed on the day it is implemented, no short notice before hand

      they pay overtime really fair as per ministry policy

      Cons

      the compensation that you receive might be different with your co worker at the same level. if you're graduates from overseas university congrats your salary is higher than your SPV who's Indonesian graduates. also this office has really annoying policies like you can't charge your phone in your desk, don't have wifi for their employees (actually this fine but the office has a poor internet coverage area), and there's still many of them.
