Pros

The people are very friendly, small business environment, you’ll learn everything there is to know about controls and project management

Cons

A small business environment usually means you will wear more than one “hat.” In this case, you will be a project manager, engineer and technician on your OWN projects. This leads to extremely long work hours in order to stay on track. Additionally, compensation is much less than their competition.

Pros

Management is great and supportive. They are very experienced but also open minded. Fun company culture outside of work.

Cons

Employees have a negative mindset around work- people complaining all the time and just a victim culture.
