Owner sexually harasses his female employees comparing their looks to one another best legs, best rack, and so on. Working environment is very toxic the owner has female employees leaving his office on a nearly daily basis in tears. So I turned in my notice when I found a new job and they fired me as soon as I turned in my notice. They refused to pay me via direct deposit like they had all my other pay checks they wanted to mail me a check instead. The check had the following typed out on the back of the check: "Full and final payment that concludes the business transaction regarding your services with Atser and for all claims, demands, or suits, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, liquidated or unliquidated, whether or not asserted or any causes of actions between Atser LP, Atser Systems, Inc., Atser Properties, LP and D. Fred Martinez individually, or any employees of Atser, Et al." So what they are doing in order for me to get paid I have to sign this unenforceable and illegal notice on the back of the check. DO NOT GO TO WORK here total human garbage. They deserve less than one star.
