Pros
AUTOPAY is a growing company. Both management (on all levels) and admin are always looking to improve systems, employee experience and provide the customer more accessible success. They are willing to try new things and stick their necks out to see the results. With every new implementation, employees are properly notified, trained and assisted through that change. If the results are favorable, they are implemented more permanently. If they are unfavorable (to either the customer, the business or both), the results are notated and implementation is phased out. Pay structure could always be a pro or con - it depends on your outlook and work ethic. For me, the pay structure provided the right balance of incentive and security. Obviously it was well-thought out and intended to favor the employees for the quality of work they put in, as a true commission-based pay structure could.
Cons
AUTOPAY is a growing company. If you, as an employee are desiring consistent methodology or 'industry theory' if you will, you probably won't last long here. As aforementioned, management and admin are definitely willing to try new things, providing a sense, at times, of insecurity for those on commission-based salaries. As also aforementioned, the pay structure could be considered a con if you are looking to 'get by' or if you aren't willing to put in the work.
