Beware! In last 1 year most of the good sales team members have left Aveva India and existing teams are looking for change.
1. Extreme sales pressure with no management support. India leadership and HR will only harass you and treat you like slaves. India sales leadership will give false commitments to their global management and make young sales account managers responsible for wrong commitments and fire them.
2. There is no growth path designed for high performers. People leave this company as old aging leadership in India doesn't allow young talent to rise.
3. They follow all non compliance practices including channel stuffing.
4. HR doesn't have view of talent pool and they use mafia style to threaten employees. HR team takes personal favours from few sales managers and supports them in their non compliant behaviour. They also make sure any voices raised by good sales teams are killed.
5. There is no stable management since 2023 and they have lost credibility in India market as they dont have any strategies implemented so far.
