Toxic and biased leadership in the engineering sales team in India. The India sales team suffers from toxic and unethical mid management. A single manager has held control over the same business segment for years with minimal growth, focusing more on personal commissions than long-term customer success.I was terminated just before year end inspite of meeting my numbers, faced mental trauma and harrassment to handover the deals I have nurtured just before the closure.
The manager routinely took credit for his team’s hard work, and misrepresented facts to senior management. This behavior reflects a lack of integrity, business acumen, and respect for both customers and employees.
It’s a hopeless situation for hardworking, dedicated employees who want to grow their careers in AVEVA India but face bias, favoritism, and unfair treatment for personal gains.
