      Great products, outstandingly talented workforce - with the exception of the leadership team

      Cons

      Leadership run the show for their own interests - undermine senior management, lack of long term strategy & only interested in their own personal retirement plans

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.

      No red flags from my end.
