Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and I'm sorry that it hasn't been an entirely positive one for you, but thank you for highlighting how we are working more flexibly to support our diverse workforce. With any period of transformation there will always be a degree of uncertainty, however we have recently shared our new Executive Team structure and vision for the future as a newer, larger and more efficient business following our recent merger. From a recruitment and selection perspective, my role with AVEVA is a new one and I have been tasked with enhancing our processes within this area.
