      Organisation has grown recently and this means there is a lot of change, which brings a lot of exciting projects and activities. If you enjoy a busy role with lots of variety then AVEVA is a good place to be. A real 'pro' are the people - it really makes for a nice environment to work - supportive, hardworking and fun people.

      Cons

      It is sometimes very busy which means you need to be resilient.
