Pros
1. Cab facility 2. Pantry 3. Hunger saving machine where you can get drinks and snacks 4. Recreation facility (games) 5. Highlight thing is CULTURAL ACTIVITIES. No words to explain. HR team is SUPER here. 6. If you are done your task no pressure to stay long hours from managers or leads 7. No Saturday work. Until it is critical. 8. You won't leave this company until you get great salary out side OR any personal reason. 9. HR policies are very good 10. Health check ups (eye, dental, basic checks) 11. Sessions for awareness about health, behavioral etc... with experts from respective areas 12. Good Insurance and payroll systems "WORK LIFE BALANCE"
Cons
1. Salaries are less for testers. NOT as per market standards (Heard very few resources are getting as per standards) 2. Less importance/recognition to test team (this point specific to my team. Not sure about other teams). 3. Hr team was good. However now a days observed little difference. Might be due merge with Schneider OR due to more appreciations from every one. 4. Few dummy leads/managers are there from many years (NOT ALL. Others are really domain experts in their products or Technically). Its different from product to product.
