Before you left, I hope you had the opportunity to speak with HR/your HRBP about the issues you were facing. We always want to be able to tackle challenges before they develop into larger issues.       Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.

      No red flags from my end.
