      Pros

      In sales you are able to choose any methods and ideas to sell. Till 2014 it was no any sales methodology inside company, so sales was fully on their behalf

      Cons

      Local Russian office lived separate life from central office. Local management has a lack of professionalism which leads to dis balance in work/life. Corporate policies and process are being implemented right now, but too slow and without positive feedback so far. Local Russian Management is a biggest concern.

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.

      No red flags from my end.
